A ZoomOC partner available to review the report and answer any questions and discuss the overall performance of your site.

    The ZoomOC Team is serious about the support and monitoring of your site and goes the extra length to ensure month to month the sites responsiveness, SEO performance, general stability and maintenance tasks exceed expectations.

  • Basic Support Coverage

    includes annual website health check-up designed for static HTML websites (i.e. you can't log-in).

    Other sites which fit the Reactive Support level are: supplemental home business, personal, hobby or low budget/start-up projects. The Reactive sites would generally have low traffic and change infrequently.

    Each year the ZoomOC support team will produce a Site Check Report based on our exclusive 15 point website-check-up (some of these points may not apply to a static HTML site) and have a partner available to explain the report and answer any other questions you may have.
